3 and 4 Year Old Families:
Understanding age placements - Just for our 3 and 4 Year Old Program, we will place
children in either the 3 and 4 Year Old Program based on their age as of the first
session. All of our older age groups are placed differently.
4 Year Old Program - This will take place every Monday beginning Sept. 19th - Oct. 24th.
3 Year Old Program - This will take place every Friday beginning Sept. 23rd - Oct. 28th.
Sessions - We are offering 2 sessions for you to choose from each week. You do not have to
let us know which one you plan to regularly attend. Sessions are at either 5:30 or 6:30.
The sessions are duplicates.
Shirts - We will provide red shirts for your player. We will hand these out at the Pavillion just
before your first session.
Other purchases - You will need to have for them any color shorts and socks.
Shin guards, soccer ball (size 3) with pump, and cleats (you can use sneakers if you desire)
You will always need water for water breaks.
Arrival time - Please arrive at least 20 minutes early for your child to get their name tag and get comfortable
around their environment before they begin.

Field Location - We will meet at the Pavillion first and then play on Field 3, just below the Pavillion
Format of Session - We will play about 50 minutes. Our goal in these 6 weeks will be to teach your
child the basics of "New Ball" (this is what we play at our Under 5 and Under 6 Programs) We will
teach them boundaries of play, directional play, defense and offense, 1 v 1 competition, then 2 v 2
competition and end with 3 v 3 competition. The most important goal is for them to have Fun and
enjoy the game. If the enjoyment isn’t a part of this process, then we have lost their heart.
Remember parents, this is a PROCESS.
Parental Involvment - Each child must have a parent participate with their child to assist the Coach.
Looking forward to an exciting Fall Season,
Fred
